You should begin by signing up for a Free Trial since there are no refunds once subscribed. Existing Approved Workman Legacy customers have the option of migrating their Legacy Database's data to a new Cloud Database. New customers can evaluate the Cloud Database using sample data.
After signing up for the trial, use your customer number and church name to fill out the Cloud Database Subscription form. This form will request an invoice for a new subscription, a subscription renewal, or to upgrade to a new tier so more users may be logged into your database at once. We will send the invoice to the email address that is provided with instructions for making the payment.
