At least for now, use the Windows App to easily get a list of email addresses. Select Tools > Gather E-mail Addresses and Textable Phone Numbers. The dialog will guide you through the process. This tool is the best option to gather info for all households with a particular status, or parent emails associated to a particular club.
Another option is to use the Clubber or Leader grids to select the members you need info for, then right-click to copy the member's linked email/textable phone or the household's primary email/ textable phone for selected members.
Note: AWdb tracks phone and email addresses for each person. If a person has more than one phone or email record, one can be indicated as primary. There is also a primary contact person within a household. That person's phone and email are used as the primary household phone and email address. The primary phone and email for a person is shown within the Clubber and Leader grids by making the Member Detail's Linked Email and Linked Phone columns visible. Information for the household can be shown within the Clubber and Leader grids by making the Household Info's Primary Phone and Primary Email columns visible.
