Note: "Net Points" or "Total Points" are calculated for the entire year and will reflect any points spent during the year. "Session Points" or "Points Today" are the points earned and spent only on the selected Club Date. There are several ways to view points for members.
Within the Web App, filter the member list to show the clubbers you're interested in. For example, set the filter to show only the Sparks clubbers. Then open the member list's Display Options and select "Net Points" and/or "Session Points" under "Display the following for each member". Also indicate how to sort the list. For a printed list of the members and their points, click the Print button above the list.
Within the Windows App's Reports module, view/print the "Point List and Worksheet" report. Use the selection criteria to choose the members to include on the report.
Aso within the Windows App, select Tools > Club Store to see a grid listing clubbers and their Total Points. Filter and sort the grid's contents using the column headers. This tool also makes it easy to enter the number of points spent by each member on a store night. There is a print button above the grid, if needed.
For Team Points, use the Web App's Club > Today > Team Points page. There are Display Options available to customize the information shown. Or use the Windows App's Checkin grid. Use the grouping functionality to show Team Points: drag a column header to the area above the grid to group by that column. For example, drag "Club Name" then "Team Color" to the "group by" area to see Total Points calculated for each club's Team Colors.
