If your Member Filter is set to only show Active members, no members will show in the Member List after setting up a new year, since the members' new roles will be Inactive until they are registered.

To show the Inactive members, open the Filter Dialog and include 'Inactive' in the options for Status. 

NOTE: Once a clubber is marked as registered, the status will get changed to Active. Once you have most of your clubbers registered/activated, you may want to set the filter back to only show Active and Visitors. You can then quickly find an Inactive member, if needed, by using the Global Search button in the Top Menu Bar. See "How do I find a "missing" member?" for more info on searching.
