The Online Registration Module will allow parents to register their children for your Awana club. Each church will be able to customize the online form the parents will see, then provide them with a link to use for the registration. We recommend creating a button or link on your church website or sending an email with a link, using the AWdb Online Registration url, so that parents will be able to easily click on it to open the registration website in their browser.
To set up the registration page and see pending, waitlisted or accepted registrations, select
Online Registration in the Left Side Navigation*.
The Current Club Year, next to the date, affects the list of registrations shown in the Pending, Waitlisted and Accepted tabs. (Registrations for the entire year are shown in the lists, so the Current Club Date selection does not make a difference.)
There is also the Online Registration Site that parents will use to enter their child's information in order to register for your Awana club.
