The Registration Module allows you to process registration data that comes from parents using the Online Registration Site to register their children for your Awana club or from a CSV file generated from another registration system.
Each church can customize a form for their Online Registration Site, then provide parents with a link to access the registration form. We recommend creating a button or link on your church website or sending an email with a link, using the AWdb Online Registration url, so parents will be able to easily click on it to open the registration website in their browser.
To set up the Online Registration Site page, access the Registration Import, and see Pending, Waitlisted or Accepted registrations, select
Registration in the Left Side Navigation*.
The Current Club Year, next to the date, affects the list of registrations shown in the Pending, Waitlisted and Accepted tabs. (Registrations for the entire year are shown in the lists, so the Current Club Date selection does not make a difference.)
There is also the Online Registration Site that parents may use to enter their child's information in order to register for your Awana club.
